I will help you find the best activity for you and the best training load. You will get to know what kind of diet with support your efforts, you will get a better figure and you will experience a sense of wellbeing and hormonal balance. 

 

 

 

Do not worry if you do not like going to the gym. You can have a perfect training at home - some space with a yoga mat is enough.

You do not need to worry that it is too late for you to get back to shape (the truth is that the older we get the more important it becomes to be active to stay healthy). Trainings do not have to be very strenuous to produce results.

 

You can learn how to gradually increase your activity level even if you have never exercised before.
