I am 49 years old. I am a personal trainer and a nutritionist. 

 

When I was 30 I started to put on weight and I thought that the change in my body was somehow a result of me getting older :) For some  reason most of us are convinced that with age we are bound to become heavier and less fit.

 

Fortunately, I found it hard to accept the bigger me and found enough motivation and sources of good information so over a relatively short period of time I lost the excessive weight and became fitter than ever before.

 

Now I know that our lifestyle is a much better predictor of our weight than our age. Our lifestyle, including our diets and activity level, is also a major trigger of autoimmune diseases.

 

I am not interested in fad diets or fad workouts.

I am searching for and continuously improving strategies that produce optimal weight, perfect health and wellbeing.
